You’ve heard of ROI (Return on Investment) – the value you receive in return for the risk/cost of the initial investment.
Often those who run a business and feel they could benefit from coaching want to justify their coaching investment in a dollar amount, which is fine. I can understand that and quite frankly would initially do the same thing. However, after crunching some numbers I would dive deeper into the ROO (Return on Objectives). In other words, I would look at what my return on hiring a coach would be, but not necessarily in terms of money or not only in terms of money. Essentially, what is the value of hiring a coach?
