The dialog from the cartoon above: Character 1: Did you hear about the passing of Jobs? Character 2 (staring intently at his iPhone): I know, with the current state of our economy everyone seems to be jobless. Character 1 (looking confused): ? Character 2 (still staring intently at his iPhone): You know with this iPhone it’s like having a computer in your pocket. Essentially, people could start and run their own businesses from anywhere with one of these. That might help us push through a jobless market. Who ever came up with the iPhone is a genius. Steve Jobs was a visionary innovator. A piece of him resides in every Apple device you and I engage with. His legacy will continue to touch many of us on a daily basis as we interact with his creations. On a side note, I’m considering drawing a cartoon for this blog periodically. In it the characters will often be talking about and making light of various digital marketing and social media-related topics in a humorous way, or at least humorous to the viewer.
