A coach is an unattached thinking and accountability partner.
A coach’s role is to listen to the client, ask questions and reflect their answers back to help the client become clear about their goals and the actions necessary to achieve those goals. Working with a coach can be valuable because a coach is not usually someone close to you (family or a friend) who may already have a bias about you or an opinion about what is best for you, which can cloud the relationship leaving you less than satisfied without the kind of support you need to quickly and confidently reach your goals. And that’s the benefit of coaching – to quickly and confidently work through what’s holding you back so you can take action now toward your desired results. GrowLoop specifically will utilize various frameworks to help guide you through the process. The idea is to help break down the bigger picture to focus specifically on various parts of the whole (the whole being your objectives). By doing this you become more self-aware and confident about how to draw out the answers that are within you and put them into action like you never have before.
