As pointed out in the recent issue of Deliver Magazine (the U.S. Postal Service’s magazine for marketers), the workplace is changing. There are nearly double the amount of free agent workers in the U.S. now compared with three years ago (44% now vs. 26%, respectively).
According to the article, free agents are freelancers, contractors, temporary employees and entrepreneurs.
