I recently came across an article about a business that is doing something great to build their own GrowLoop. GrowLoop is my term for good ethical business karma (and it happens to be the name of my business).
Here’s how I describe GrowLoop: As you positively and ethically grow your creative business you will gain confidence in what you’re doing. At that point worthwhile opportunities will loop back and find you. That’s the GrowLoop! Well, the post I’m speaking of, How (Small) Heroic Acts of Kindness Will Grow Your Business, is not necessarily referring to a creative business, in the sense that we refer to them here, but the small business in this post is creative in how they help their customers, which naturally makes folks want to continue to do business with them. It works so well that each customer that the business owner helps out, on average, results in over $12,000 worth of business, per customer. What can you do to build your business’ GrowLoop?
