If it is new to you, take her answers to heart -- this article is a great starting point for anyone attempting any level of digital marketing for their business, and it's similar to how GrowLoop approaches digital marketing. That is to say that the often-overwhelming, confusing "digital" part of marketing is only a small part compared to understanding your target audience, how you solve their problem and clearly communicating how you uniquely solve their problem.
