When I recently came across Wedding Day Sparklers I was intrigued by the idea of a hundred or so sparklers beaming to shine the way for a newly married couple as they leave the ceremony venue to head to the reception.
I thought, "Hmm. It's like a Fourth of July light show on one's wedding day. That's fun and different."
What's even more interesting to me is that Wedding Day Sparklers took this simple idea to a $70+ billion dollar industry -- the wedding industry.
It's just proof that simple ideas are often the ones your target market will latch on to.
What I like about this business is that it's not hard to explain, it seems that it would be a fairly easy sell for those couples looking for something whimsical for their evening wedding.
So for my business/marketing advice for Wedding Day Sparklers...build relationships with every wedding planner and consultant you can find. I have a feeling this is your easiest way to get leads beyond what you can produce going direct to couples.
Also, make it easy for couples to get an idea how the sparklers can brighten their big day. Capture some real life video footage of the sparklers in action at customers’ weddings. From there, compile several pieces of such footage from various weddings and set the video(s) to music. Then share them on social media like crazy with information leading back to your website.
